This Program is subject to the Neat Partner Program Terms ("Terms"). Only approved trade-in requests will receive an incremental discount. Neat reserves the right to reject trade-in requests for any reason. Neat reserves the right to audit all transactions and has the ability to withdraw any discounts based on audit findings. This Program will expire on December 31, 2025, and Neat may modify or terminate this Program at any time, in its sole discretion. This program is subject to applicable law and void where prohibited.
