Terms and Conditions
This Program is subject to the Neat Partner Program Terms (“Terms”). Only approved trade-in requests will receive an incremental discount. Neat reserves the right to reject trade-in requests for any reason. New purchases intended to equip rooms without prior existing solutions are not eligible. Discount applies to each Neat solution purchased with a one-for-one trade-in of existing equipment. Neat reserves the right to audit all transactions and has the ability to withdrawal any discounts, based on audit findings. This program is set to expire on July 31, 2026 and subject to change, and Neat may modify or terminate this Program at any time, in its sole discretion.
